This piece is from my first run of Sleeping Kitty plates and is considered a prototype (aka, it ain't perfect!). The kitty image is hand drawn, carved and then filled in with an underglaze color. Each one is unique.

*Please note that you can see my brush strokes in the white underglaze of the kitty. There is also what looks like a hair in the body of the kitty (the hair has burnt out and left behind a very very thin line).
